Trained by Katherine Graves, accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, and a registered member of the Hypnobirthing Association, we believe passionately in education and information, while creating communities of parents-to-be due around a similar time in a fun and welcoming space.
Hypnobirthing is a science based, logical approach to childbirth, which teaches you to understand the physiology of birth, along with relaxation techniques which in turn allow your body to work naturally and effectively. It enables women to understand and work with their bodies which are perfectly designed to give birth naturally. Find out more >
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
We thought the course was fantastic. You had an engaging and calm nature about you and we loved the setup.
One of the best things about the way Nicky runs the classes is that the birthing partner gets really involved. It gave my husband the confidence to be an amazing birth partner on the day.
Hypnobirthing completely changed my mindset about labour and birth, and I ended up having a very positive birth experience. Thank you so much Nicky!
MAMACAN believes all women have a right to practical and emotional support through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. With every hypnobirthing class purchased, MAMACAN donates a percentage of its profit to Birth Companions, a women's charity that supports women in prisons across England and in the community in London before, during and after their baby's birth.
"I do not care what kind of birth you have... a homebirth, scheduled caesarean, epidural hospital birth, or if you birth alone in the woods next to baby deer.
I care that you had options, that you were supported in your choices, and that you were respected."
